At Video Game Trader, we want you to love your gaming-inspired apparel, so we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn apparel with original tags attached into the original shipping package or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
